Bing Ads Integration

Contact property "Clicked any CTA" for use in e.g. lead scoring
Instead of having to select each CTA individually when you create a workflow, list, or score, we'd have the option to select "clicked any CTA". Use case: adding a score set of +20 when a contact has clicked on any CTA within the last 2 weeks.
