Inaccurate Email engagement over time reporting
Hello, I was hoping to use the Enagement over time data in HS to determine optimal sending times, but this feature doesn't appear to accurately report the data. Has anyone successfully used this feature or trust the data that it displays? read more

This was a Recipient Time Zone based send, so I think it would make the most sense to view the metrics as such.

Can you use a different property as the default value in a token string? ex. {{ personalization_token("contact.zip", "{{ personalization_token("contact.city", "your town") }}") }}

How to insert deal property to email (as a personalization token)
Is it possible to insert deal type properties to marketing emails? I know that basic personalization tokens do not include the option but I was wondering wherher someone has succeeded in adding?

How can you test this pesonalization tokens? I havepublished an automated email using these tokens, but test sends do not pull in the information.
