I would like to see the "upcoming" section of the activities timeline only show (or have the option to only show) uncompleted tasks and meetings. Currently it is showing tasks in date order, regardless of if they are compleded or not. When you h read more

Hi Hubspot Community, We really need to be able to Add notes to a lead without having to complete the task. It's the same change that was made for the Activities (very welcomed, thank you) but for the notes. We should be able to add notes and cho read more

When logging a call, note or email on a contact file if there is a task on the file the "log call" button will automatically be "log call and complete task". This is not always appropriate (e.g. if I am logging that the person did not answer or if I read more

A simple thing that would be very handy would be to add an outcomes property to tasks, just like the one on call activities. This way you could have outcomes such as 'successful', 'unsuccessful and new task created' and 'cancelled' against each read more
