Capture email when chat status is away/offline
Hi there, On our website we are using a chatbot to ask users a few questions to figure out what they are interested in. After responding to those questions we ask for an email then pass along the chat to a member of the inbox. If the members of Lire la suite

Greetings, We have emails we send out weekly, sometimes as many as 3 per week. We do our best to keep our audience very targeted so we are not exceeding our limits with our users. However our marketing team is sent each email and would like to get Lire la suite
