When I upload a file to my file manager i was able to change the thumnail for the video but when I use that video in the social post it reverts to the video still... any ideas? Channel is Linkedin.

You cannot set a thumbnail for LinkedIn posts if you are using HubSpot social scheduling, unfortunately. Upvote this idea so we can get it this more

Hi there, On the social front, Hubspot should add a feature to allow users to add a thumbnail for LinkedIn videos. On LinkedIn, users currently have the ability to do so!

Definitely something HubSpot needs. I do not use HubSpot to post videos to LinkedIn because of this reason, which makes it very difficult to track more
