Add more search terms for workflow enrollment history/action logs besides record name
We have lots of custom object records with the same exact name (because they represent educational courses), and tons of workflow automations around these object records. The enrollment history and action logs functionality is not really helpf read more

Opt Outs Sync from Shopify?

Can't sync SFDC Case Owner to HubSpot
Hi all, I have the SalesForce integration set up and am syncing SFDC cases to HubSpot Tickets, but one important field is missing: Case Owner (SFDC). I'd like to map that field to the Ticket Owner property in HubSpot, but it isn't available. read more
