It seems that the new version of the Shopify integration does not have a standard field mapping for the "unsubscribed from email" field, so 1. you have to have Ops Hub Starter to even map your opt outs from Shopify and 2. You have to map it to a cus read more

We LOVE the ability to have separate scores for Fit and Engagement, but not every behavior activity that can be scored is included in the "behavior" type score, so some things will have to be measured with custom contact properties. It would be a lo read more

We are trying out the brand new beta program for lead scoring. It's impressive but it seems like there's no way to use any sort of contact property in a behavior score? Is there an intended way that you are supposed to do that? We have one sco read more

Hi all, I have the SalesForce integration set up and am syncing SFDC cases to HubSpot Tickets, but one important field is missing: Case Owner (SFDC). I'd like to map that field to the Ticket Owner property in HubSpot, but it isn't available. read more
