Throttling Email Sends
Is there a way to throttle email sends to a list. For example, I have a list of 1,000 contacts that I want to add to a workflow, but I only want to add 100 per day. Is there a way to automate this so I don't need to split this list before addin read more

Ability to create an internal seed list to include on marketing sends without creating contacts
We would like to be able to create an internal list (of employees, not marketable contacts) that can be CC'd on each marketing email. We do not want these to be tracked nor do we want these associated with contacts as they are employees.
