Send Later Function for Shared Inbox
A send later function would be a HUGE win for us from a shared inbox. We currently have around 100 service members using one shared inbox and a send later function would impact their day to day greatly.

2 Ticket Owners
Would love to have 2 ticket owners. We have multiple people working on the same ticket and would like to have 2 ticket owners. Or a secondary owner?
