Lead not spoken to
Does anyone have a workaround or way I can time a lead from creation to first spoken to? I'm looking at triggering a lead re-allocation based on the user not contacting the lead. We have the below that would work in conjunction. I can currently read more

populating a deal source from workflow campaigns
