it would be great to be able to add logic to survey questions in Hubspot. Creating a custom survey is great but we should be able to include conditional fields

Control unenrollment in Surveys and keep contacts in a delay

The surveys do have a delay option, but it does not work as a delay in a workflow. We had a survey with a 10 day delay that actually does not keep the contacts in the delay and unenroll them because they no longer meet the criteria that got them read more

Feedback Surveys | Editing A Survey After Publishing

It would be great if it will be possible to edit a survey after publishing. Right now when the survey is published, I cannot edit or delete questions from the survey, I need to clone it.

YES! When we have surveys that are running like a workflow, we need to be able to edit like an automated email

Auto Send Chat Transcript

Hi Team, Can we have the option to send Chat Transcript automatically once the chat is finished? Also, an option to copy the chat transcript to his/her manager or team head. Regards.
