Hi Team, Can we have the option to send Chat Transcript automatically once the chat is finished? Also, an option to copy the chat transcript to his/her manager or team head. Regards.

Currently we can only center workflows around a contact date property. Can you add this functionality to company date properties.

if you create a unique CTA to link to a meeting link, you will be able to see the number of clicks, but not the number of submissions. If the CTA takes people to book a meeting, it's vital to know how many were booked from that specific CTA.

To be an even more effective CRM, it would be helpful if Sales Leaders could apply a cap or limit to the number of Companies a single sales rep can tag/have ownership of. This is important for focus and sales org scaling.

We currently can create a list and pick a deactivated user one by one, this is great! But for large companies, that overtime might have a lot of deactivated users, it would be good to be able to filter by deactivated users without necessarily pi read more
