See the contacts who rated knowledge base article helpful/unhelpful so we can follow up with them!
It would be great if we could see the contact information for the users who rate knowledge base articles helpful/unhelpful so that we can follow up with them to provide more help and answer their questions.

Aside from contact info, it would be good if it asked for more info after they select "no," similar to Hubspot's articles

Paste into chat

Customize Meeting Reminder & Meeting Booked Emails
It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be Lire la suite
