Definitely, something is needed when we use different pipelines (1 for CSM and 1 for Sales) to ask relevant field at deal creation

I'd love to be able to arrange contacts on a company record in order of importance or relevance to the record. Sometimes we have more than 5-10 contacts associated with a company and it would be ideal to arrange them so that the top contacts relevan Beitrag ansehen

So annoying for my Sales Team... definitely something which could bring us to a bigger CRM solution such as SF on the long run...

I want the ability to prioritize/sort/order the associated contacts on a company record. I'd like to be able to pin my main point of contact at the top of that list -- especially when I'm working with companies that have 10+ associated contacts.

Would be great! It's a nightmare for my sales team to prioritize when they have 20+ contacts for the same account!

We are beginning to use a "Customer Status" property that uses multiple checkbox values. Values include things like "At Risk," "Support Issue Outstanding," "Payment Lapsed," etc. This will add tremendous value to our CRM at the customer representati Beitrag ansehen

Currently when you are setting up tasks within workflow automation you can only assign them to 'deal owner' 'specific user' or 'no one'. Can you add the functionality to be able to assign tasks to custom HubSpot user fields in the portal too? Simi Beitrag ansehen

It's such a disappointment not to be able to update Field Date when using the playbook feature. For instance we would like to use Playbook to enable CSM to renew contracts but it implies having them update some date fields and we cannot integrate t Beitrag ansehen
