Phone number field not formated in my forms

Mobile menu used for pop up
Hello, I have a problem on this page: https://www.naturalinsight.com/insight-conference When clicking on "learn more" for the speakers, the pop up doesn't work on mobile (you can try with a small size screen on a laptop. Refresh the page before read more
