Hubspot testimonial slider module not showing navigation dots or arrows

I am trying to implement the hubspot testimonial slider module and everything works fine except the dot navigation/arrow navigation refuse to show up. My page is unpublished, but I can send links if anyone has any ideas. I'm wondering if there is co read more
