I need to see in the custom reports or default reports: -chat amount with First Response time over 60s -chat amount with Create Date time between 08:00h e 18:00h I didnt found any resource to do this for now.

Would be nice have the possibility to limit the re-enrollment in workflow using other process, like number of times, number of times by day.

Today I can just see if the deal has or not a contact or company associated. I have the needs to see if were a change of contact associated and with who in details.
