Have a button (perhaps a star icon) that shows if you are following a contact, company, deal, etc. (perhaps the star will be colored if you are following that person, and not uncolored if you are not following)

We are trying out several integrations. It would be great if there is a way to duplicate the entire account and use that as a "Test Account" to test out 3rd party integrations to avoid messing up the data in the actual account.

Allow user to customize the properties on display in Grid View. Ex: Currently, we are unable to see the company or contact that a deal is related to unless you hover over the small profile logo underneath. It would be so helpful if it is displayed read more
