How can I search for a specific Email and gets its results via the API?
I need to query an email's events via the API. Looking at your Events documentation, and the rest of the docs, I don't see any way to retrieve the results of a single email https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/email/get_events Can I read more

How about a case where a single campaign has multiple emails sent? how do we know which email the events belong to?

In our analytical tools we need to know which contact has opened an email. How do I get a relation between a Marketing email (emailcontentID) and an email event. In the example apis we can only get campaignID from an email event.
