Playbooks need be accessible on mobile app

Allow non-Super Admins to receive payment notifications

As stated on the knowledge base , only super admins are allowed to receive notifications for when a payment is initiated or fails, when a payment is received, and when a payout is created or fails. It would be nice to have more granular control o Lire la suite
