Notification for Creator of Quote
The problem: only the deal owner (who also owns all quotes associated to the deal) get notifications when a quote is signed. The user who created the quote, does not. Use case: SDRs. They will often create the quote even if they don't "own" t read more

Create Contact from Chat Without Email Capture
The goal: to create a contact in HubSpot without capturing an email address. Similar existing feature: HubSpot does give the ability to not require an email address when creating a HubSpot form. I'm imagining a similar feature to toggle on or read more

Alias for Live Chat

User specific time zones
I work in a team spread across 4 different time zones. It would be helpful if each of us could have our local time zone associated with our HS profile and that would carry through when I'm scheduling activities or assigning tasks.
