Outlook Desktop and Web Functionality
I would like to see the same functionality when using Outlook Web as Outlook Desktop where you can stay logged in and configure to have emails logged and tracked by default. Currently in Outlook Web users are required to click on the ribbon icon fo read more

Shared contacts
I would like to be able to have 1 contact be associated with multiple companies. For example, I have an HR Director whose main location is at 1 company, but oversees responsibilites for another location.
