Disable the ability to freely re-open tickets
If a ticket is closed, users should not be able to re-open the ticket without having some sort of required approval process.

Company Lifecycle Stage Configuration

Option to delete/edit hubspot properties
Would like to be able to delete and/or edit properties that are automatically created by hubspot that we dont use or don't prefer their naming conventions.

Turn off Owner assignment based on last activity
we have contacts for vendors and manufacturers that need to be accessed by every user. if the users only have access to their own and teams, then they can't see the contact when it is being auto assigned to the person who had the last activity and i read more

Auto populate Deal associations to Ticket associations
If a ticket is created from a specific deal record it should auto populate the Company and Contact association.
