Curerntly when categories are added to the knowledge base tool, they are automatically arranged in alphabetical order. We would like to be able to rearrage the order of these categories manually. (Submitting on behalf of customer)

When creating a task, it defaults to being due at 5 pm. There is no way to change the default for this. You need to manually change every task which is time-consuming. There should be an option for default this time to one of your choosing.

Can you implement a feature so that if your workflow is determined by x amount of days follow up, you can set up a rule that will avoid sending emails on any bank holidays, Christmas day, New year etc. You already have a business days only rule so read more
