I have worked within the IT industry for the past 30+ years. During that time I have worked for and with companies of every size from small mom and pop shops to international conglomerates, municipal governments to nation states. I have worked in many different roles (system admin, consulting, training, technical marketing/sales/presales, educational development, technical support, customer success, technical writer, video production, etc...). In general, I've been there...done that...have the t-shirt or rather I have an entire closet of those t-shirts.

I am sure if this is the right location for this question, please let me know if there is a more appropriate board. I am trying to determine the length of time that a ticket has been in the current pipeline stage (status). I suspect that I can read more

I don't know this for sure, but I suspect that HubSpot will only populate hs_time_in_stage after it has exited that stage. i.e. hs_date_exited_state -...read more
