This is easiest to explain with the use case. When a company of mine becomes a customer with closed-won deal in HubSpot, I have a workflow to change ownership to a customer success rep, and an internal email and task to now reach out to the newly as read more

It'd be great to add abillity for workflows to log meetings and calls to automate sales teams activity when they move their pipeline along. Ex: When a deal is created and my first step in that pipeline is Discovery call scheduled. I now logs a disco read more
