Ticket search to include email content
Currently the search function for tickets only displayes results based on the name of a ticket. Quite often when searching for a ticket/email the title is not known, which leads to frustration. The solution I have found is to search via contact in Beitrag ansehen

Automatic disconnection social accounts
Today I found out that Hubspot will automatically disconnect social media accounts every year. With this disconnection, all history on monitoring is gone and reporting is only available for the last 60 days. Since I wasn't aware of this, I did not c Beitrag ansehen

Merging Duplicates
The current merge process causes a lot of unnecessary double checking after the merge to ensure wanted data isn't lost because of the merge rule sets in place - i.e. Keeping the most up to date field is not always the best or relevant information to Beitrag ansehen
