Use custom unique identifier instead of email address
As it's impossible to have multiple contacts sharing an email address, it would make sense for another unique identifier to be used across the contact database. For example, we have families who are individual customers with their own preference read more

Meeting Link Meetings Booked Details

Require task completion before deal move forward in pipeline
We need to control that a certain set of tasks is completed before a deal moves forward to the next stage in a pipeline. Currently, we can create new tasks for each new stage reached but we can't control that those tasks are completed before moving read more

Require task to be completed before progressing deal stage
Support rep filing on behalf of a customer. I have heard more than once from customers who want to require that their users complete a task before a deal can be progressed to a new deal stage.
