Merge Email surveys
Ok so the NPS survey is fairly limited. if sending by email you can only send 1 reminder and you can't pick the time of that reminder. Need to be able to send more than a reminder and maybe also merge surveys if you are end up having to send the read more

List of where teams are being used
We have revised the structure of the teams. With a property, you can see in which reports, workflows, forms etc it is being used. With a team I can not. This way, I can not easily change the teams to right ones within reports etc.

Private URLs / Embedded pdfs in Knowledge Base
When creating a private knowledgebase article, the only options to embed a pdf is to add a publicly accessible URL, or embed via iframe (which also uses the public URL). Both options defeat the purpose of the private article and the iframe is no read more
