Chatbot speed
We've implemented the HubSpot chatbot on our website and it has significantly slowed down page speed on mobile (and desktop, but more so mobile). I've seen some workaround but no resolute solution from HubSpot. This seems like something that should read more

Referral program
Please create a system for customers to run referral campaigns. It is currently very difficult to set up referral campaigns, accurately capture referral data and contact the referrer/referee as needed. Salesforce has a setup that works well for this read more
