Search line items in all quotes and deals
We would love the functionality to be able to do a search for a particular product in our library, and search the line items on the quotes or deals to surface which quotes/deals have that product included in them

Quote options for customers to select and agree to
I'm a big fan of the quote function taht allows the customer to digitally sign agree to the quote sent, however many of our products have 'optional extras' that a client might wish to purchase. It woudl be great if there was a way to include a tick- Leer más

Pinned Notes in Preview (Right) Sidebar
It would be great if we could configure the ability to display pinned Notes to show up in the Preview (right) sidebar.

Ability to add notes via the Preview panel
Our workflow means we are frequently adding notes to records at the same time as updating key properties. For key properties we have them showing in the Preview panel, but then are having to open each individual record up to add a note, slowing down Leer más

SAML authentication

Whould be good to see SSO and SAML incliuded across all packages. In 2020 this is a basic security feature that all SaaS providers should offer.

Notifications when conversation has not been actioned by assigned user in period of time
