We are struggling a lot with calculated properties which give no option to convert days to weeks, months, or years in the reports. Time between dates always appears as days in the reports , while in the property view it DOES CONVERT the values in ye Lire la suite

Our marketing team would like to have the Playbook option. It would be great to have Playbooks available at least for viewing at the company level, not only for Sales Enterprise users. Yes, to create and edit/publish it could remain at the Enterpris Lire la suite

(posting on behalf of customer) We (management) must be able to create a list of calls with all details including call length, outcome and directly listen to the call. We can't manage the prospecting process without this functionality.
