Having a default Note font, size and colour
Feature Request Requesting an option to set a default font type, size and colour for all notes created within my CRM. You can change the font of your CRM emails and marketing emails and it would be great if a similar feature could be read more

Add a "Nickname" property for contacts
Stuart or Stu? Richard or Rick? Jeffrey or Jeff? Susan or Sue? Often there is a difference between "first name" and "you can call me X". It would be handy to have that information close at hand when making phone calls.
