We need the ability to filter activties by a date or date range so we don't have to scroll at all. Just enter a date or date range or use other filters that HubSpot has in place such as "this month," "last month," etc.

Badly needed. Task filters should be the same as Contact/Company/Deal.

It would be great if you could filter tasks by team. Filters by "All" and "User" work well, a small addition at this point would help a lot.
