Count Globally Bounced Contacts in the Emails Bounced Property
In lead scoring, we have set up a negative attribute for contacts that have emails bounced equal or greater than 2. This helps us weed out contacts with invalid emails. Recently I noticed that globally bounced contacts didn't have any count in Beitrag ansehen

Logging Inbound Email
Hubspot, please add a checkbox 'Inbound email' to the view 'Log an Email'. This is to capture correspondence received outside of email, such as LinkedIn, which will influence reporting against the property 'Recent sales email replied date'. Beitrag ansehen

Logging incoming emails in Hubspot
Hi, Is it possible to log incoming emails in Hubspot? To be clear these are emails that are not replies to an outgoing email generated and logged in Hubspot. I have linked my gmail account but can't seem to see how to do this. Thanks in advan Beitrag ansehen

New Contact Properties: 'Original Deal Contact' + 'First Activity Date'
