Customer Success with HS
I've searched the forums and I can't find a satisfactory answer to this. Is anyone using HS for customer success (e.g. onboarding, satisfaction surveys, company/industry news and press release monitoring, new opportunities, etc.)? If so, how? HS read more

Recurring Revenue - Future Start Date
We're a professional services firm that has contracts which may close a month or more before we begin billing. In essence, our Close Date has nothing to do with the Start Date for revenue. How would you suggest I set this up in HubSpot?
