Discovered HubSpot (free version) at another company that didn't have any CRM. Implemented it there and was hooked with the functionality (all for free). Have moved on but replaced Salesforce with paid version of Hubspot as was easier to get my staff using the intuitive UI

duplicate ticket function
It will be great to have the duplicate function for the ticket to be do the efficient work. It taks time to create differnt tickets for different requests from the same company / deal / contact.

I agree - in our business we may have to subsitute a product for 100+ clients due to low stock and I want to monitor and assess how many duplications...Leer más

Use Microsoft Teams for Calls
Since Microsoft is going away from Skype and integrating that functionality into Teams, it would be great to have the calling feature integrated with Teams.

Deal forecast separating one-time fee and recurring revenue
Hi! I've used HS at anorher company and there I had to create integration with other provider to get nice forecast reporting... So... I (and I think everybody else also) needs forecast reporting based on deal pipeline & weighted amount b Leer más
