Send SMS meeting reminders
Other meeting booking platforms such as You Can Book Me allow you to automatically send SMS remnders just before a meeting. This greatly reduce no shows (by about 50% in our case). A hugely valuable addition for any business that hosts meetings. read more

Target Deals in Workflows by Deal ID
It would be really nice to be able to target a deal in a contact-based workflow using its Deal ID. We have contacts that have multiple Deals that are active in the sales pipeline. We want to follow up on those deals via a marketing email, and h read more

Ticket Board View: Choose which Properties are in Quick View
Would love to be able to customize the ticket board view. It would be helpful to choose properties to have in quick view versus clicking into.
