Marking an email as spam in the Sales inbox should also delete any created new contact
I'd like to see when marking an email as spam in the inbox an option for the relative contact to also be easily deleted. We get a few unsolicited junk emails from people trying to sell us things which create an associated contact. The workflow read more

Alias for Live Chat
I wish there the opportunity to show a different name in the live chat profile than the user name. For privacy reasons I don't want every website visitor to see my full name and would prefer using an alias or to show only the first name. This is read more
