Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc. Something like t read more

Sending from alias for a team email inbox in conversations
It would be great if we could send from an alias for a team email inbox in Conversations. At the moment it is not possible. We have a couple of alias's attached to our main team email address and we would like to be able to send from them.

Include email answers in notifications
It would be great to get notified when a contact has answered to an email sent from within Hubspot, for example as part of the notification tab.
