This is possible only when doing a report on a single object... but not in a custom report. Year over Year to date is very much needed.

iphone pop up log after a call
Apparently an Andrioid will generate a pop up after a call to anyone who is a hubspot contact. This feature doesn't work on an iPhone. You manually have to go into the app, search for the contact or company and log the call.

Send a chat transcript to specific users for every chat
I create content for my client and some of that content is FAQs. It would be nice to receive, or go to a database of, chat transcripts everytime a chat occcurs. If there are questions assked that we don't have content for, then it would save a lot o read more

Pass activity between related custom objects and contacts & companies
In our company, we use custom object like this: Contact > personal information Company > company information Custom object > store information (each company has stores) We do emails and phone calls to stores, so we want to be able to read more
