It’s a nightmare that quotes are no longer accessible for the customer nor possible to just reactivate them as a seller. It would be OK to have customers access it but as „expired“. For sales, recreating a quote just because a customer orders a few read more

Seems fairly "common sense" to me that if a Ticket was created from a Deal workflow, that all Notes in the Ticket SHOULD BE automatically associated with the Deal, WITHOUT having to manually click "associate to" each time.

When a rep creates a deal from within a company, it would be useful to only allow the rep to search the contacts within that associated company. This would helpful for quick searching.
