Premium rate numbers (toll free numbers)
Hubspot allows you to add a number for both inbound and outbound calls, with a number type of a Hubspot number. These phone numbers are premium rate meaning people are not likely to use them to call into. Can these be made toll free numbers to Beitrag ansehen

Removing HTML language from meeting description in Custom Report
I have come across various cases that when a customer creates a Custom Report that includes the properties "meeting description" or "notes", the report shows the HTML value for those properties instead of the actual text that was input in the app fo Beitrag ansehen

Come on Hubspot, it's been nearly a year for this bug fix. We use reports to inform clients of our work, we can't send them with HTML tags in.

Save list performance report over time to Dashboards
The only way to see how a list has increased or decreased in size is to go to the individual list performance area. But we cannot save the report or add it to a dashboard. It would be great to not only save that report but then take it a step farthe Beitrag ansehen

Activity Based Workflows
Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows. An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email Beitrag ansehen

Integration with Google Chat as slack alternative
The slack integration of Hubspot is great... if your company uses slack. It would be great if there woul be a similar integration for Google Chat.

Xero integration for Contacts, Records and Invoice History
For your CRM, it would be amazing to have Xero integrated similar to how other CRM's do it e.g. https://capsulecrm.com/addons/xero/
