Instead of the boilerplate conversation bubbles for the chat launcher, I think it would be cool if we could customize it beyond just the color.

Enroll/re-enroll contact at specific step in workflow
Hi! Sometimes I set up a workflow incorrectly or something misfires. I would love to be able to enroll or re-enroll a contact into a workflow at a specific step. It would really help solve this issue. Thanks!
