SERVICE TICKET API to IRis CRM-updating contact record in CRM based on customer ID # in CRM
My client is trying to replace their support ticket system in IRIS CRM with service ticketing. His IT created an API with service ticket for when support@ is emailed it created a ticket in HubSpot inbox but that just duplicated the work. They want t read more
