Automatic adding of TAX (VAT) when creating quotes
We use a specific tax % on every quote so it should be possible to set a standard and e.g. add a 19% tax on every quote created automatically. Benefits: Saves times Avoid mistakes

Same. UK VAT is 20% and we need this on every quote we send out.

Adding an additional deal to a company at a later stage
Sometimes I sign a client up to a recurring revenue stream who will then come back and take more areas as a new deal. What is the best way to report this? In my old CRM I would create a new deal under the same company and call it XXX - addition read more
