Today call outcome and call type are optional fields for someone who is logging an activity. I need to make them mandatory so that a rep cannot log an activity without populating those 2 fields. How do I do it?

It would be great if we can make calls by clicking directly on the phone number of an active list, apart from doing it from the contact record or inside tasks. Any suggestion of an integration or plug in we ould use? Thanks a lot!

I would love to be able to assign a task in a workflow, then delay that workflow from proceeding until the aforementioned task is completed. Here is my use case: I have a quote request form that gets filled out. If the contact already has a Hub read more
