Best Way to sync SFDC contact record into Hubspot in real time without an email
If you use the Salesforce data sync it requires an email to sync into Hubspot. We are primarily a call center setting up appointments and we don't always have an email. We are exploring Operations Hub. Any advice is much appreciated!!

Make Phone Number the Primary Key Not Email
We are a call center essentially so some of our leads that come from outside vendors do not have an email associated. We are about to implement Hubspot CRM companywide so it is imperative that we can create a record without an email. I am guessi Beitrag ansehen

Auto populate city state based on postal code
Currently, HubSpot form does not support auto populate city or state based on postal code or zip. It would be great if we could have that feature for HubSpot form.
