Denishea Williams

I am a mental health advocate, speaker, writer and certified Mindfulness Coach. A servant leader at heart , who seeks to help women by teaching techniques to heal the mind, body and soul. I am passionate about helping women find their inner and higher self while healing past and present trauma. Through my own personal and professional journey, I realized life was more than the 40+ hour rat race, so I sought a path to greater health and happiness. I spent majority of my life serving other and finds the greatest joy in education and empowering individuals and families to ensure they live their best lives possible.
