Hey in the form.. do we need to enter details of a specific customer? also what is hubID.. is it the contact id?

Identify visitors in chat
Hi, We have a website where only verified users can login. Their hubspot contacts are already created and they have a valid email id too. The experience I want for the users is whenever they login.. they should be able to raise chats as well as s read more
