Continuous authentication
Why does HS keep authenicating the same computer each time I log in? I understand and appreciate security but once I authenticate a certain computer why most I do it over and over and over again? I am not in Incognito mode or have cleared coo read more

Subscription tier for solopreneurs
I'm not sure what category to file this under. I wish there was a less expensive subscription tier for solopreneuers availble. It seems that most of HS is geared towards teams that work together but it would be nice if there was another level. read more

Activity now showing up
I got a notification via Chrome Extension that an email was opened that I had sent but when I go to the CRM there is no indication of it. Unless I dig into the client's file. But even then the Last Actiivity is blank. What is going on? Also, I' read more
